Nosbonsing Anglers & Hunters is Incorporated under the authority of the Corporations Information Act number 001663931
In order to achieve the goals and objectives ofNosbonsing Anglers And Hunters Inc., its members agree to adhere to the following principals:
1) All members of Nosbonsing Anglers & Hunters will comply with the By-Laws, and objectives established by the Board of Directors and Members of Nosbonsing Anglers And Hunters Inc;
a) To provide the means whereby people of like interests can co-ordinate their efforts to help solve local, regional and federal conservation problems.
b) To promote the education of the public, young and old, so all citizens will realize the vital importance of wise use and management of our natural resources.
c) To co-operate with local, regional and federal agencies dealing with natural resources, and insist that only qualified professional persons manage our resources accordingly to scientifically sound principals
d) All members of Nosbonsing Anglers And Hunters Inc. will undertake the task of educating and encouraging all newcomers and promote high standards of sportsmanship a-field.
e) All members of the Nosbonsing Anglers and Hunters will endeavor to create and enhance an image of our club as an essential community member, assuring that we are examining each problem with the best sources of information available and basing our decisions on the best broad public interest.
2) Membership fees shall be $45.00 per year for Single Adult membership and $65.00 per year for Family membership.

Age definition:

Voting membership is open to all, Eighteen (18) years and over.
Under the Family membership, a youth is covered under the Ontario Federation Of Anglers And Hunters policy to the age of twenty-one (21)
Non-voting junior memberships are open to all between the ages of five (5) and seventeen (17)
3) A member shall be defined as any person in good standing with a current paid-up membership in Nosbonsing Anglers And Hunters Inc.
4) Notice of the Annual General Meeting shall be given at least thirty (30) days prior to the meeting by the Secretary, to the paid up members in good standing according to the membership list.

5) All Directors with a two year consecutive term served on the Board shall resign on the eve of the Annual Meeting. ( March Meeting) and all members with less than two years remain on the Board for one more year. Past Board of Directors may run for office again, if they so desire. A Director may be removed from office if he/she fails to attend three Directors Meetings within a one year period without prior approval of the board.
